Vegetable sculpture at 2005 Ellerslie Flower Show, Auckland, New Zealand. This is one segment of the display, which had Appetisers, Starters, Mains, and Desserts sections, as well as smaller displays for Soup and Wines.
This is the Mains section. It features a spit-roasted peanut pig, a rosemary hedge, mint, two types of potatoes, red capsicum coals, silver beet, kumara, and sweet corn.
